Bona's Pizza Buffet at 1270 North Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida.

I've visited several times with my kids in the hopes that there will be improvements. We used to go there regularly when it was Cici's and loved it. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there was any training done with the Bona's employees regarding how to actually make a pizza. The sauce isn't spread evenly out to the sides, the cheese isn't spread evenly out to the sides, and the toppings aren't evenly distributed. The items on the salad bar were old and browning. I worked at many restaurants in high school and college and we were always trained on how to prepare the items - and they had to be consistent each time so that customers expectations were met. I'm hoping that things improve.
