L.A Bridal at 2271 Town Center Avenue Ste 113, Melbourne, Florida.

I would NOT recommend LA Bridal. The staff here is extremely un professional, does not put their clients first and over promises on commitments.

I’m getting married on New Years Eve, so my mom & grandma came here to find their dresses. They actually ended up finding some super gorgeous matching dresses and we were all really excited about them! Unfortunately, everything else from here went extremely downhill.

They ordered the dresses in October and let the owner/staff know they needed them in a few weeks before Dec 31st. The staff at LA Bridal assured both of them that the dresses would be in well before then and “everything would be fine”! My mom called the store middle of November and they let her know the dresses would be in around early December. Come middle of December, still no dresses - but again, the staff assured her they would be in (with absolutely no apology). My mom then headed down to the store to find out an estimated arrival time as NYE was getting close and alterations needed to be done as well. The staff let my mom know the dresses were on the way and again, “not to worry”! They also told her they would call with updates from UPS on where the dresses were - no phone calls ever were made to my mom.

It’s now 12/20 and the dresses still are not in. So my mom and grandma head to the store yet again to just get the money back. At this point, it’s just too late. Well, after a lot of back and forth - the owner eventually shows up and tells them she can’t get them the money back until the dresses are in. The owner was very un professional, un-apologetic, and treated my mother/grandmother as if they’re disturbing her day. A day later the dresses arrive and they are able to get their money back - again, no apology.

I wouldn’t write this review if it wasn’t for the over promising and under delivering from this store. If the dresses are on back order - just say that! Unfortunately, this store just cares about the initial sale and leaves their customers to dry.
